. V-model is also called as Verification and validation model.

3. Developers and Testers are independent.
4. Developers and Testers do not interact much with end users.
5. We can not accommodate frequently changed requirements in the middle of the project
6. It is rigid and not flexible
7. It has two phases like verification and validation.
8. No Customer Satisfaction
9. If requirement is change(but not frequently),larger project, proper validation to take place in each phase then choose V- model

9. If requirement changes frequently, deliver product in short period of time then choose Agile methodology.
