Types of Cloud Computing

Cloud :

Cloud Computing is means simply"The Cloud"Computing
as service over the internet.It is the delivery of on-demand
resources,everything from application to data centers over
the internet on pay for use basis.

Types of Cloud Computing:

Cloud computing is typically classified in two ways

1) Location of the cloud computing
2) Types of services offered

Location of the Cloud:

a) Public Cloud

b) Private Cloud

c) Hybrid Cloud

a)Public cloud:

This type of Cloud is owned and operated by companies that use them to offer  rapid access to affordable computing resources  to other organisations or individuals with public cloud services.  If we use this type of cloud user do not need purchase hardware,software  or supporting infrastructure which is owned and managed by providers.

b) Private Cloud:

It is owned and operated by Single Company . This type of Clouds exist to take advantage of many of cloud efficiency  while providing more control of resources 

c) Hybrid Cloud:

This type of Cloud use both Private Cloud and Public Cloud. Most companies with private  cloud will evolve to manage workloads across data centers.private cloud and public clouds therefore Hybrid computer came into the picture.

2) Types of Services Offered 

a) Software as a Service(SaaS):

Here is Software as a Service (SaaS) run on distant Computers "in the Cloud" That are owned and operated by others and that connect to users via internet  usually a web browser.

b) Platform as a Service(PaaS):

It provides a Cloud based environment with everything required to support the complete life cycle of  building and delivering web based (cloud) applications without the cost and managing the underlying hardware,software and hosting.

c) Infrastructure as a Service(IaaS):

This provides  companies with computing resources including servers,networking,storage and data centers on pay-per-use basis.
